With almost 20 years of legal and title expertise, Louis Garland, brings a solid foundation of knowledge, exceptional service and ability to the Mill Creek Title Agency, LLC.

Born and bred in the Youngstown area, Lou has a B.A. from the Ohio State University and obtained his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After a decade long career as in-house counsel in a regional banking institution, Lou joined Reliable Title Agency, LLC and became a Title Agent, a position he still maintains, where he became known around the valley for his ethics and personal touch to real estate closings.

An active probate and estate attorney with Piccirillo Law, LTD., Lou has the ability to connect with clients of all ages, treating all with respect and making them as comfortable as possible. His background, experience, and personality make closings smooth and enjoyable.

Lou is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Mahoning County Bar Association.

He lives in New Middletown, Ohio with his wife Maggie, and their children, Grace and Grant.

Kelsey Lane Reardon is a senior title professional at Mill Creek Title Agency, bringing over seven years of experience in the title industry with prior experience in property management.

Her attention to detail and ability to quickly analyze issues facilitates the excellent service provided by Mill Creek Title Agency.

Kelsey’s warm demeanor and professionalism are assets that she always displays proudly. She has been a lifelong resident of Poland, Ohio and enjoys kayaking, watching football, fishing, as well as spending time with family, friends, and her wonderful dog, Riley.
